Cucina Mediterranea
Speak and eat Italian! Our food is
representative of local culinary tradition.
Breakfast: at the dorms or at the Italian cafe'/pasticceria: cappuccino, espresso, latte,
tea, different kinds of juice, cioccolato, gelato, pastries such as
cannoli, sfogliatelle, zeppole, croissants, tarts, cakes, biscotti, etc.

Dinner: at
an Italian family home and/or at the restaurants and at a "pizzeria";
dinner always
includes at least two courses, side dishes, drinks, etc. Choices
include exquisite pasta dishes, pizza, fresh bread, meat, fish, vegetarian
dishes, salad, potatoes, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, homemade
salami and prosciutto, fruit, cakes, etc. Individual meals will be prepared upon
student's request.
