AT THE ISLAND OF ELBA - PORTO AZZURRO

ACCOMMODATION

ACCOMMODATION & HOUSING ON ELBA

Students may choose to live in apartments in the center of Porto Azzurro, within walking distance from the Institute,  or at the “Villa Teresa” where our school is situated. In the park there is a swimming-pool and a tennis court.

All apartments are completely furnished, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and 2, 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms. While the apartments differ, all have been approved by the housing office staff for cleanliness and safety and conform to the following requirements:

~ They are completely furnished, and provide sheets, blankets, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, television and free use of washing machine.

Once your program application has been accepted, you will receive the Housing Form. Please fill out this form and return it to APT in order to book accommodations.

During  orientation, the housing staff will give detailed information regarding bills, rental contracts, etc. The staff is available to assist students throughout the entire summer session to assist in any accommodation issues. Single rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed.

The housing cost includes:
• Rent for the Summer Session.
• Repairs not caused by students’ negligence or carelessness.
• Utilities (water, gas, electricity), provided the bills are equal to or under the average cost. Any costs above the average bills will be charged to students sharing the apartment, who will then have to share and pay for these costs.The housing cost does not include:
• € 200 housing security deposit

 

Special 4-Week Combined Program: if you want you can also stay 2 weeks in the Elba Island and 2 weeks in Florence.
